Pre-Acquisition Technical Due Diligence
What is Technical Due Diligence?
Technical due diligence is the activity within a property transaction where the state and condition of a property is reported on by a building surveyor. Our expert advice helps clients assess the risks and opportunities associated with property investment. It is technically backed and commercially astute with a focus on solutions, not problems. Our technical assessments cover all aspects of the property including its physical condition, environmental risk and compliance with regulations. We also interact with your legal advisors in advising on the impact of lease terms and the Title Register, and other relevant legal issues. We understand that investors require quick access to the red flags, and a desire to work through issues, enabling investment rather than preventing it.
