Pinnacle Building Consultancy was formed in 2024 by Ollie Cottam and Sean Marshall, two chartered building surveyors specialising in commercial property. We combine nearly 50 years of commercial building surveying experience with a passion and enthusiasm for commercial property, to give independent and expert advice across New Zealand.
